Come celebrate Black Women and learn new ways to boost your mental health
Black Women’s Day of Meditation is an annual holiday event that seeks to unite BIPOC all over the world in efforts to promote good mental and emotional health through meditation techniques. Join us and relax, stretch, learn helpful breathing techniques, or go into a yoga nidra sleep listening to soundbowls. This event is open to everyone (not just Black women)… all that we ask is for you to bring a mat and good vibes.
Here’s what you can expect:
– Guided Meditations
– Yoga w/Treina Alexander from Yoga Love
– Singing Bowls (Artist TBA)
Suggested donation is $10 but please give what you can. All donations go to the cost of the event.
