Air Quality

Out of concern for our community’s health, the Farm will be closed and all events, including volunteer shifts, will be cancelled when the Air Quality Index (AQI) reaches 100. The Park, including the community garden and Backyard Garden Pick-Up areas, will remain open. When the AQI reaches 150 or higher, the Farm Park will close completely. You can check the air quality at Air Now and Purple Air.

While You're Here

We hope you enjoy your visit! The Farm Park is open daily and the Farm is open for visitors every Saturday starting July 10th. You can check out the plants, see food grow, enjoy the flowers and count butterflies. Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy at one of our picnic tables, or a frisbee to play on the lawn, sidewalk chalk to create sidewalk art, or roller skates or a bike to ride around on.

The food we grow on the farm is harvested regularly by our staff as part of our Farm to Fridge program. The plants grown in the community garden beds belong to our community gardeners. We ask that you please do not pick anything growing at the Farm Park unless invited by a staff member or community gardener.
