Collective Plate
On October 13, 2011, City Slicker Farms celebrated 10 years of empowering West Oakland residents to grow, harvest and eat fresh, healthy food where they live. 10 of the East Bay's hottest chefs created a signature dish using local, seasonal ingredients. We honored 10 local heroes who have made a difference in the first decade of City Slicker Farms' work. The evening featured local entertainment and delicious cocktails. Thank you to all that joined us for this celebration of food and farming!
