City Slicker Farms Now Accepting Bids for West Oakland Urban Farm and Park Project
INVITATION FOR BIDS
City Slicker Farms will receive bids submitted for:
WEST OAKLAND FARM AND PARK PROJECT
at 2847 Peralta Street, Oakland, CA
CHANGED: Until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, 5/26/2015 in the office of City Slicker Farms, 1625 16th Street, Oakland California.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, 5/7/2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site at 2847 Peralta Street, Oakland, California. Project staff will be available to answer questions related to the bid documents and the project. Participation in the pre-bid conference is MANDATORY.
In general, the work to be performed includes but not limited to demolition, tree removal, earthwork, excavation, paving, storm drain, utility construction, landscaping, trees, irrigation, park structures, fencing & gates, site elements and furniture, site lighting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinkler etc.
